CLASS TEACHER (PMLD) - RECRUITING NOW!

We are seeking class teachers with a specialism in PMLD teaching for September start.  Candidates should have more than two years teaching experience and three years experience of working with young people or adults with profound learning difficulties.  Closing date: 21st July, 5pm.  Interviews are likely to be held in the w/c 26th July.

CLASS TEACHER (ASD/Complex Physical) - RECRUITING NOW

We are seeking class teachers with a specialism in Autism and / or complex physical disabilities for a September start.  Candidates should have more than two years teaching experience at Entry level 1 and three years of working with young people with Autism.  Experience of working with young people who have complex physical disabilities is desirable otherwise a willingness to develop specific knowledge for complex physical disabilities on the job is essential.  Closing date: 21st July, 5pm.  Interviews are likely to be held in the w/c 26th July.

LEARNING SUPPORT WORKER - BANK

Learning Support Workers quite literally make our world go around!  As one of our LSW's, you may be leading a small group, job-coaching, supporting large group activities or providing 1:1 support for a learner.  Flexible and energetic, our LSW's develop a wide range of skills that look great on any CV.

LEARNING SUPPORT WORKERS (PBS) - SCALE 4

LSA's with ABA and /or PBS experience to form a core support team around one specific learner.  If you enjoy paying attention to the smallest details, have lots of energy and great motivational skills, this is the job for you.

PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANTS - BANK

Our PCA's are the lifeblood of our service!  Usually working in teams of two, our PCA's support students who find everyday tasks like eating and drinking, or going to the loo, or changing a t-shirt incredibly difficult.  Being a PCA teaches you how important even the smallest aspects of independence really are and many of our PCA's go onto become great support workers, and even teachers! It's a physically demanding job, but one with immense rewards!

(PASSENGER TRANSPORT ESCORTS (BUS ESCORTS) - NO VACANCIES

Passenger escorts support our young people with learning and physical disabilities on their journey to and from college.  You will need to be reasonably physically fit and available to work 2 h shifts between 7.30- 9.30 in the morning, and 3.00 - 5.00 in the afternoon.  Training will be provided
