At 15A, we want to provide a service that provides adults with learning disabilities with opportunities to live a meaningful and healthy life, to have control over their lives and to feel included and valued in their local communities. Our staff support people to communicate, make choices, develop skills and enjoy being part of their community. We’re looking for people who take time to understand each individual and help them get the most from their day.
Our service objectives are:

Developing a broad offer that allows people to select activities that suit their interests, needs and abilities;

Promoting the development of skills, knowledge and relationships that enable people to live happy, healthy lifestyles;

Developing a flexible offer that enables families to utilise the service at the times they need;

Offering a service that is targeted at 19 – 40 year olds, reflecting the likely lifestyle patterns of this age-cohort;

Promoting positive community relationships, utilising community-based resources wherever possible;

Continuously reviewing our offer to individual people to ensure it always reflects what each person needs.

Are you an experienced Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, Care Coordinator or Deputy Manager looking for a role where you can genuinely influence the quality of people's support?
We are looking for a Deputy Service Manager – Care & Support to join our specialist adult day service supporting people with complex learning and physical disabilities.
This is a genuine operational leadership role. Working directly alongside the Service Manager, you will help lead the day-to-day service, coordinate staff around people's individual needs and make sure high-quality, person-centred support is happening in practice — not just written in a care plan.
