Area 51 Adult Social Education Centre
Volunteer with us!
Volunteering at 15A with learning difficulties is a deeply rewarding experience that allows you to make a real difference in people’s lives. By giving your time, you’ll help create an inclusive environment where individuals can build confidence, develop new skills, and enjoy meaningful social connections.
It’s also a great opportunity to learn more about learning disabilities, gain valuable hands-on experience and skills in the care sector, and strengthen your communication and teamwork skills. If you have a particular passion or skill that you would like to share with others, you can volunteer as a session leader and receive training and support to build your teaching skills in the adult and further education sectors.
Most importantly, you’ll be part of a community that celebrates every person’s abilities and helps them reach their full potential.
You can volunteer for any of the roles below:
-
Community Support Worker
-
Session leader
-
Community Driver (must have a full UK licence for 2+years and be over 25 years old)
